Is there anything else you need to make your stay at Pareus Beach Resort complete? Please speak to our reception team — we will be happy to help.

All purchases made within the Resort will be charged to your account. At check-out, you can settle your bill at reception by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), debit card or in cash, up to a maximum of €4,999 per stay.

Air conditioning

All air-conditioning units are operated by remote control. Press the Power button to switch the unit on, then use the arrow buttons to select your preferred temperature.

Beach

Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge on the beach directly in front of the Resort. Baia Blu Beach is around 150 metres away and can be reached via a short walk through a green park area. The beach facilities include the Baia Blu Beach Bar & Restaurant; please check the current opening hours. To reserve a cabana, please contact the Infopoint at Baia Blu. Cabanas are an optional service, subject to availability and an additional charge. Food and drinks can be charged to your accommodation using your wristband and paid for at check-out.

There is also a designated area for dogs and other pets on the beach. A space is reserved here for Pareus guests travelling with their pet.

Beach towel

Please see “Beach towels” under B.

Beach towels

You will receive your beach towels from reception on arrival. Please return them to reception before departure. Any towels that are not returned will be charged to your account.

Please do not use the white towels from your Suite or Villa at the beach or pool.

Would you like to take a Pareus beach towel home with you? They are available to purchase in the Clubhouse.

Bicycle hire

Bicycles, with or without a child seat, are available to hire at the Resort. We also offer Panda Bikes suitable for transporting children or your dog. Bikes can be hired from the Clubhouse. Bicycle parking is located in the turning area outside the Clubhouse and is marked “Rental bikes” on the Resort map. Please do not leave bicycles outside your accommodation for extended periods or block any entrances, exits or escape routes. Pareus Beach Resort accepts no liability for bicycles parked incorrectly.

Blinds and shutters

To open or close the blinds and shutters, press and hold the up or down switch. A short press will tilt the slats.

Breakfast

An Italian breakfast is available both in the Clubhouse and at Baia Blu Beach. Please check the respective opening hours.

Bus stops

Current timetables — the service operates during the season only, usually from around June — and tickets for all routes are available from reception in the Clubhouse.

Stop for nearby destinations such as Caorle town centre, Duna Verde and Porto Santa Margherita:

Check-in

Check-in is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival at our reception desk, Viale degli Aironi 54, 30021 Caorle. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to spend time at the Resort before checking in — for example in the Clubhouse, by the pool or at Baia Blu Beach.

On arrival, please report to reception in the Clubhouse. Our team will provide all the information you need for your stay. You will receive electronic wristbands giving you access to the entrance gate, your accommodation and the beach entrances. At check-in, you will also be shown your reserved parking space, located close to your Suite or Villa.

If you received beach towels at check-in, please return them to reception before departure. (See also B – “Beach towels”)

Reception is open from 09:00 to 18:00.

Check-out

On the day of departure, please vacate your Suite or Villa by 10:00 and return your electronic wristbands and any beach towels provided to reception.

Please leave your accommodation clean and tidy:

• Empty the refrigerator.
• Empty all bins and dispose of the rubbish in the designated containers.
• Separate your waste correctly for recycling.
• Run the dishwasher once more before departure.
• Return clean crockery, glasses, pots and pans to the appropriate cupboards.

Please also remember to return any beach towels provided to reception.

If the accommodation is not left in the condition described above and additional cleaning or waste-disposal work is required, a flat fee of €150.00 will be charged.

Your stay at Pareus Beach Resort can be paid for by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), debit card or in cash, up to a maximum of €4,999 per stay.

Clubhouse / Reception

The Pareus Beach Resort reception desk is located in the Clubhouse. Our team will be happy to assist with any questions, requests or information you may need.

From the telephone in your accommodation, dial extension 12 to contact the Clubhouse.

The Clubhouse offers an Italian breakfast, snacks, drinks and souvenirs. Additional coffee pods for the espresso machine in your accommodation are also available here. Please check the displayed opening hours.

Dishwasher

Press the Power button to switch on the dishwasher. To select the required programme, press the ECO button repeatedly until the desired programme lights up. Place a dishwasher tablet in the compartment on the inside of the door and close the compartment, then close the dishwasher. The cycle will start automatically.

On the day of departure, please run the dishwasher once more and wash all crockery. See also “Check-out” under C.

Electric mobility and EV charging

The Resort has 20 charging points for electric vehicles, available for a fee. Please contact reception, where you will receive a card to activate your assigned charging point. The cost will be added to your account and settled at check-out. A fee of €50.00 will be charged if the card is lost.

In an emergency, leave your accommodation immediately and make your way to the assembly point on the events lawn near the pool. Please refer to the emergency notice in your Suite or Villa and to the green emergency signs throughout the Resort.

Equipment

We want you to find all the crockery and equipment you need in your accommodation. If a kitchen utensil or anything else is missing, please let us know.

Espresso

The espresso machine allows you to enjoy excellent Italian coffee in your holiday accommodation.

How to use it:

• Switch on the machine using the Power switch at the bottom of the rear panel.
• Fill the water tank.
• Place the coffee pod in the designated holder without pressing it down.
• Press the symbol on the right-hand side of the display. The machine will begin to heat up and the symbols will flash.
• When the symbols stop flashing, the machine is ready. Press the symbol on the right again.

To switch on the fan, press the Power button at the top of the remote control. Use the – and + buttons to adjust the fan speed.

Fire safety regulations

Pareus Beach Resort takes all necessary precautions to prevent fires. Nevertheless, please observe the following instructions:

A framed evacuation plan is displayed near the entrance door in every Suite and Villa. At the beginning of your stay, please familiarise yourself with the nearest escape routes. The plan also shows the location of the fire extinguisher provided in each accommodation.

In the event of a fire, the alarm will be raised. Above all, remain calm. Use any accessible escape routes and follow the instructions of the Resort team and the emergency services, including the Fire Brigade and Police. If you discover a fire, activate the fire alarm if possible and notify a member of staff. Only if it is safe to do so, take initial steps to extinguish the fire.

If smoke or flames block the escape routes, close the door and remain inside your accommodation. If possible, go out onto the balcony or terrace. Seal gaps around the door with wet towels, prevent smoke from entering and make your presence clearly known.

First aid

First-aid equipment is available both at reception and in the Clubhouse. If you are injured or require assistance, please contact a member of our team.

Housekeeping

Key wristband

Your electronic wristband is your key and gives you access to the Resort, your Suite or Villa, the pool gates and the beach. If it does not work, please visit reception so that we can reprogramme it.

Kitchen and cooking

The extractor hood in our modern kitchens may not be immediately visible. It is located directly above the hob. Place your fingers in the recessed handle and pull the panel towards you. Under the glass cover you will find the controls for the light and extractor fan.

Liability

Use of the car parks, pool area and playground is at your own risk. Pareus Beach Resort accepts no liability for any resulting loss or damage.

Lost property

Please hand any items you find to the Clubhouse, where they will be kept until collected by their owners.

Luggage storage

On your arrival and departure days, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the storage room at reception.

Would you like to send some post? Simply leave it at reception. A selection of postcards is also available to purchase in the Clubhouse, perfect for sending holiday greetings to friends and family.

Maintenance

The grass is cut and the Resort’s landscaped areas are maintained at regular intervals. Quiet hours will always be respected.

A natural mosquito-control product is sprayed in the Resort gardens every morning at 06:30. It is completely harmless to people and animals — apart from mosquitoes.

Parking

On arrival, you will be allocated a numbered parking space. Please use only the space assigned to you and display the parking permit clearly behind your windscreen. Guests staying in a Villa Mare or Cá Da Amare have two parking spaces available.

Pets

Your four-legged companions are very welcome in the Resort’s green areas, in the Clubhouse and at Baia Blu Beach. Dogs are not permitted in the pool area and must be kept on a lead throughout the Resort.

Please do not use the Resort’s green areas as a dog toilet. Use the hygiene bags provided and dispose of them in the designated bins. Please also keep the garden of your Suite or Villa free of dog waste.

If exceptional cleaning of a Suite or Villa is required, an additional cleaning fee starting from €150.00 may be charged.

Restaurants

Baia Blu Beach restaurant is located just 150 metres from the Resort. Here you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, snacks and an aperitif in a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the sea.

Caorle has many excellent restaurants, although a number of them open only during the main season. Below you will find a selection of restaurants that are also open in winter. This list is not exhaustive.

Safe

A safe is provided in every Suite and Villa. Follow the instructions displayed on the safe. If you have any questions, please contact reception.

Security

Please close all doors and windows whenever you leave your accommodation and during the night. Pareus Beach Resort is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day, and security staff are on site overnight. In an emergency, our night concierge is available in the Clubhouse.

Self-service laundry

The Resort has a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer. Coins can be purchased in the Clubhouse and the amount will be charged to your Suite or Villa account. Prices are available on request from the Clubhouse.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed public areas in Italy, including restaurants and reception areas. Smoking is not permitted inside the Suites or Villas at Pareus Beach Resort. Please smoke only on the terrace or balcony and dispose of cigarette ends carefully. Caution: fire hazard.

Sofa bed

Opening the sofa bed is very simple. Stand in front of the sofa and pull the backrest forwards towards you.

Sun loungers and parasols

Sun loungers, parasols and cabanas are available free of charge around the pool area. Please do not move the sun loungers away from the pool.

A clearly marked section of Baia Blu Beach with sun loungers and parasols is reserved for Resort guests. Outside this area, sun loungers and parasols can be hired for an additional fee.

Please note that reserving sun loungers at the pool or beach is not permitted. For the comfort of all guests, we reserve the right to make unattended loungers available to others. The Resort accepts no liability for lost belongings.

Swimming pool

Pareus Beach Resort has a large pool area reserved exclusively for Pareus guests. Please observe the opening hours. Swimming is permitted only when a lifeguard is present. Parents are responsible for their children and are asked to supervise them closely. Drinks and snacks are also available by the pool, and the Clubhouse team will be happy to serve you.

Caorle also has a water park for even more fun for our younger guests:

A local tourist tax is payable for stays in Caorle. Reception will be happy to provide full details. The tourist tax will appear as a separate item on your final bill.

TV

A list of television and radio channels is available in your Suite or Villa. We do our best to provide a wide selection of channels. However, our options are limited because many Italian and international satellite channels can now be received only with a decoding card.

V

Venice

Venice is a city everyone should visit at least once. A UNESCO World Heritage Site and a must-see for lovers of art and architecture, it can be reached by bus or boat. For further information about excursions to the city of countless bridges and canals, please ask at reception or in the Clubhouse.

W

Waste disposal

Please help us recycle correctly. In Italy, incorrect waste separation can result in substantial fines. On the day of departure, you can make our work much easier by separating your waste and placing it in the containers near the exit. Thank you.
Bin bags are provided in the starter kit in your Suite or Villa. The containers for glass and plastic, paper and general waste are located near the exit.

If exceptional cleaning or waste-disposal work is required in your Suite or Villa after departure, the additional cost will be charged separately.
