Additional services

Do you need anything else for a comfortable stay at Pareus Beach Resort? Please contact the reception. We will be happy to help.

All expenses incurred within the resort will be charged to your account. Payment can be made at check-out at the reception by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), debit card or in cash up to a maximum amount of €4,999 per stay.

Air conditioning

The air-conditioning units can be controlled by remote control. Press the power button to start the unit, then use the arrow buttons to select your desired temperature.

Arrival

Check-in is available from 4:00 pm on your day of arrival at our reception (Viale degli Aironi 54, 30021 Caorle). If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to spend time at the resort, especially at the Clubhouse, by the pool or at the Baia Blu Beach Bar.

Upon arrival, please check in at the reception in the Clubhouse. There you will receive all the important information for your stay. You will also receive wristbands giving you access to the entrance gate, your accommodation and the beach entrances. Your reserved parking space will also be communicated to you at check-in and is located near your accommodation.

If you received beach towels at check-in, please return them to the reception when you depart. (See also B – "Beach towel")

Beach

Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge on the beach directly in front of the resort. Baia Blu Beach can be reached in just a few steps (approx. 150 m) through a park-like green area. The beach area includes the Baia Blu Beach Bar & Restaurant – please note the opening hours. If you would like to reserve a cabana, please contact the InfoPoint at Baia Blu. Cabanas are an extra service, subject to availability, and can be used for a fee. You can charge your consumption to your accommodation via your wristband and settle the bill at check-out at the end of your stay.

There is an area for dogs/pets at the beach. A place is reserved there for Pareus guests travelling with pets.

Beach towel

You will receive your beach towels at reception upon arrival. Please return your beach towels to reception on departure. We kindly ask for your understanding that beach towels that are not returned will be charged to your account.

Please do NOT use the white towels from your suite/villa for the beach or pool.

Do you like the Pareus beach towels? You can purchase them at the Clubhouse.

Bicycle rental

Bicycles (with or without a child seat) and our Panda Bikes are available at the resort, allowing you to transport children or even your dog. You can rent them at the Clubhouse. Bicycle parking is available at the turning area near the Clubhouse and is marked on the resort map as "Rental Bikes". Please do not leave bicycles permanently in front of your accommodation and do not block entrances, exits or escape routes. Pareus Beach Resort accepts no liability for incorrectly parked bicycles.

Blinds

To open and close the blinds as well as the shutters, please press and hold the up or down switch. A short press allows you to tilt the slats.

Breakfast

You can enjoy an Italian breakfast both at our Clubhouse and at the Baia Blu Beach Bar. Please note the respective opening hours.

Bus stops

Exact timetables (the bus usually runs only during the season from around June) and tickets for all bus journeys are available at the reception in the Clubhouse.

Stop for journeys to nearby towns (Caorle centre or Duna Verde):

Check-out

We kindly ask you to leave your suite or villa by 10:00 am on the day of departure and to return your wristbands and beach towels to reception. Please empty the refrigerator and all rubbish bins and run the dishwasher before you leave. See also A – "Departure".

Payment for your stay at Pareus Beach Resort can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), debit card or in cash up to a maximum amount of €4,999 per stay. For further information, please refer to D – "Departure".

Please ask at reception for information about current church services.

Clubhouse/Reception

The reception of Pareus Beach Resort is located in the Clubhouse. If you have any questions, wishes or need information, our team there will be happy to help.

You can reach the Clubhouse by phone from your accommodation by dialling extension 12.

At the Clubhouse, we offer Italian breakfast, snacks, drinks and souvenirs. You can also receive additional espresso capsules for the espresso machine in your accommodation free of charge. Please note the opening hours displayed on site.

Departure

Please leave your holiday accommodation swept clean on the day of departure. Please empty all rubbish bins in the designated area and pay attention to waste separation, as high fines apply in Italy for incorrect waste disposal. Please empty the refrigerator before departure and run the dishwasher once more. Please put the clean dishes, pots and pans back into the kitchen cupboards provided. This helps us very much. Thank you.

Please also remember to return the beach towels. For more information about check-out, please refer to C – "Check-out".

Dishwasher

To switch on the dishwasher, please press the power button. Use the ECO button to select the appropriate programme. Press the button until the desired programme lights up and is selected. Place a dishwasher tab in the compartment on the inside of the door and close the flap. Then close the dishwasher. The wash cycle starts automatically.

Electromobility / e-charging stations for electric vehicles

At the resort, you can charge your electric car at one of our 20 charging stations for a fee. Please contact our reception team. You will receive a card that allows you to charge your vehicle at the station assigned to you. Payment will be made via your invoice at check-out. If the card is lost, we will charge €50.

In an emergency, please leave your holiday accommodation immediately and gather on the event lawn near the pool. Please observe the emergency sign in your suite/villa as well as the green emergency signs throughout the resort.

Espresso

With the espresso machine, you can enjoy excellent Italian coffee specialities in your holiday home.

It is very easy:

• Switch on the machine by pressing the power button on the back of the machine at the very bottom.
• Fill the water tank.
• Place the espresso tab into the designated recess. Please do not press it down.
• Press the right-hand symbol on the display. The machine will now heat up and the symbols will start flashing.
• As soon as the symbols stop flashing, the machine is ready. Now press the right-hand symbol again.

Fire safety regulations

Pareus Beach Resort has taken precautions to prevent fires. Nevertheless, please observe the following points:

In every suite and villa, you will find a framed escape plan near the entrance door. Please familiarise yourself with the nearest escape routes at the beginning of your stay. The fire extinguisher available in each holiday accommodation is also marked on the escape plan.

In the event of a fire, you will be alerted. Above all, remain calm. Use the accessible escape routes and follow the instructions of the emergency services (staff, fire brigade, police). If you discover a fire, please activate the fire alarm if possible and report your observation to the staff. If you are able to do so safely, take initial extinguishing measures.

If escape routes are blocked by smoke or fire, close the door and stay in your accommodation. If possible, move onto the balcony or terrace. Seal gaps around the door with wet towels. Prevent smoke from entering the room and draw attention to yourself.

First aid

Pareus Beach Resort has first-aid equipment available both at reception and in the Clubhouse. Please contact our staff in case of injury.

Our aim is for you to find all the dishes and equipment you need in your accommodation. If you are missing a kitchen item or anything else, please let us know.

Key

Your wristband is your key and gives you access to the resort, your suite/villa and the gates to the pool area or beach. If it ever stops working, please come to reception so that we can re-encode the card/wristband.

Kitchen/Cooking

In our modern kitchens, the extractor hoods may not be immediately recognisable. They are located directly above the hob. To use them, reach into the recess/handle strip and pull the hood towards you. Then briefly look under the glass cover. There you will find the switches for the light and the extractor fan.

Liability

Use of the parking spaces, pool area and playground is at your own risk. We ask for your understanding that Pareus Beach Resort accepts no liability for any damage incurred.

Local charges

Please note that a local accommodation tax applies for your stay in Caorle. Detailed information is available at reception. The accommodation tax will be listed as a separate item on your final invoice.

Lost property

Please hand in found items at the Clubhouse. They will be kept there for their owners to collect.

Luggage storage

Our luggage room at reception is available for you to store your luggage on the day of arrival and departure.

Maintenance

The lawn is mown and the green areas are maintained at regular intervals throughout the resort. We always take quiet hours into consideration.

A natural mosquito spray is released in the resort gardens every day at 6:30 am. This spray is completely harmless to humans and animals – except mosquitoes.

Parking

Upon arrival, you will be assigned a personal parking space with a number. Please use only the parking space assigned to you and place your parking permit clearly visible behind your windscreen. If you are staying in a Villa Mare or Cá Da Amare, two parking spaces are available to you.

Pets

Our four-legged guests are very welcome in the green areas of the resort, in the Clubhouse and at the Baia Blu Beach Bar. However, dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool area. Please keep your dog on a leash inside the resort. Please do not use our green areas as a dog toilet. Please use the hygiene bags provided and dispose of waste correctly in the rubbish bins. Please also keep the garden of your suite or villa free from dog waste.

Room cleaning

For stays of at least 8 days, intermediate cleaning takes place halfway through each holiday week and is included in the price. Are you staying with us for longer? In each additional week of your stay, cleaning will also take place in the middle of the week. You can also request additional cleaning of your suite/villa at any time for a fee. You will find a safe in every suite/villa. Please follow the instructions on the safe. If you have any questions, please contact reception.

Safety

When leaving your holiday accommodation, please close doors and windows – also at night. Pareus Beach Resort is under 24-hour video surveillance. Security staff are also present at night. Our concierge is available for emergencies at night in the Clubhouse.

Self-service washing station

There is a laundry room at the resort with a washing machine and dryer. Both are coin-operated. You can purchase the coins at the Clubhouse. The amount will be charged to your suite. Prices are available on request at the Clubhouse.

Smoking

In Italy, smoking is prohibited in all enclosed public areas (restaurant, reception, etc.). At Pareus Beach Resort, smoking is not permitted inside the suites and villas. Please smoke only on the terrace or balcony and dispose of cigarettes carefully. Warning: fire hazard.

Sofa bed

Opening the sofa bed is very easy. Stand in front of the sofa and simply pull the backrest towards you.

Sun loungers / Parasols

Around our pool area, parasols, sun loungers and cabanas are available to you free of charge. Please do not remove sun loungers from the pool area.

Please note that we have reserved a signposted beach area with sun loungers and parasols for you as our resort guests at Baia Blu Beach. Outside this area, parasols and sun loungers can be rented for a fee.

We kindly point out that reserving sun loungers at the pool or on the beach is not permitted. For the benefit and comfort of all guests, we reserve the right to release reserved loungers. The resort accepts no liability for lost items.

Swimming pool

Pareus Beach Resort has a large pool area that is accessible exclusively to Pareus guests. Please observe the opening hours. Swimming is only permitted when supervision is present. Parents are responsible for their children. Please pay special attention to your children. Drinks and snacks are also available at the pool. Our Clubhouse team will be happy to serve you.

In Caorle, there is also a water park for extra bathing fun for our younger guests:

You will find the list of TV and radio channels in your suite/villa. We do everything we can to offer you a wide selection of TV channels. Unfortunately, our influence is limited, as many domestic and foreign satellite channels can now only be received with a decryption card.

Waste disposal

Please help us: in Italy, incorrect waste separation can result in high fines. Please separate your waste accordingly. On the day of departure, you will make our work much easier if you dispose of your rubbish, properly separated, in the containers located near the exit. Thank you very much.

Rubbish bags are included in your starter kit in your suite or villa. The containers for glass and plastic waste, paper and residual waste are located near the exit.

If, after your departure, extraordinary additional effort is required for cleaning and/or waste disposal in your suite or villa, we reserve the right to charge this additional expense separately.
