Cancellation
A reservation may be cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, depending on the season. All further information and cancellation terms can be found in our General Terms and Conditions. We kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price before arrival.

How to reach us
The Pareus Beach Resort is easy to reach by car and is close to two airports. Within our Resort, we have private car-parking spaces for your car located near your holiday accommodation as well as 20 e-charging stations. For more information, please click here.

Check-in & check-out
Check-in is available from 4pm on the day of arrival at our reception (Viale degli Aironi 54, 30021 Caorle). Guests arriving earlier can spend some time in the resort, especially in the Clubhouse or at the Baia Blu beach bar. We ask our guests to leave their holiday home swept clean by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Hygiene concept - Pareus offers safety
Safety and cleanliness are our top priority. By means of our extensive hygiene concept and, due to the fact that all accommodation is new, we offer you the safety of your own four walls on your holiday.

Privacy
In our spacious suites and villas complete with garden you can enjoy your privacy and create your holiday entirely self-sufficiently and independently if you so wish. Access to the resort is monitored and limited to guests and staff.

Independence
Your suite and villa offer you a fully-equipped kitchen. You can, if you wish, cook for yourself, and easily buy your daily food at the nearby ALIPER supermarket. For dining, the Baia Blu Beach Bar - our beach restaurant just 150 m from the resort - is available. You can also easily organise trips, rental bikes and further services via us.

Self-service washing station
A laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and a dryer is available for our guests at the resort.

Pool heating
Our large pool area and the private pools of the villas are not heated.
